Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order, for any reason, you can return your product for a prompt refund or exchange.
Exchanges/returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase. The full refund will be issued only if the merchandise is in "unused" condition minus shipping. If there is any sign of usage, wear, or marks, a $15 re-stocking fee will be applied.
Anpec Industries, Inc. is not responsible for any shipping charges for the returned merchandise. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, you will be liable for the shipping. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, and traceable method to the address below:
